Privacy policy
Who we are
CRMmage builds custom CRMs and software for small and mid-size businesses. We are based in Sarasota, Florida. You can reach us at hello@crmmage.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you choose to tell us in the form.
- When you email us: your email address and the contents of your message.
- Client accounts: if you are a client or a member of our team, the details needed to run your account, such as your name, email address and sign-in records.
- Server logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold the call you asked for, and to follow up about it.
- To answer your questions and provide the services you hire us for.
- To run, secure and improve our website and client accounts.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Google Workspace, for email and calendar.
- Cloudflare, for website hosting and security.
- The hosting and database providers behind client accounts.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact details for as long as we have a working relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete them, unless we need to keep them longer for legal or accounting reasons. Client data is handled as described in each client agreement.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@crmmage.com. You can stop follow-up emails at any time by replying and asking us to stop.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our site and apps. Client accounts are invite only: we create every account, and there is no public sign-up.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
