About these terms
These terms cover your use of crmmage.com and of client accounts that CRMmage provides. Work we do for a client is also covered by that client's written agreement with us. If the two conflict, the written agreement wins.
Our services
CRMmage designs and builds custom CRMs, client portals, websites, automations and related software for businesses. Prices, scope and timelines for any project are set in a written proposal or agreement before work starts.
Accounts are invite only
Accounts on app.crmmage.com are created by CRMmage for our clients, their staff and our own team. There is no public sign-up. Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Try to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the site or apps.
- Use our services to send spam, break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Copy or resell the site's content without permission.
Ownership
Under our standard client agreement, the client owns the software we build for them once it is paid for, along with their own data. The content and design of crmmage.com, and the CRMmage name and logos, belong to CRMmage.
Examples on this site
Screens, names, numbers and amounts shown on this site, such as the example client portal, are illustrations of what we build. They are not real customer accounts or real payment requests.
No warranty
The website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free or online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CRMmage is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability for client projects is set out in the client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
